During the Office Visit...
Your first visit will last approximately 1.5 hours and will involve an initial assessment and consultation. We will go over your health history, discuss your lifestyle, diet, exercise habits, sleep patterns and energy/stress levels. After the interview and the diagnostic exam, we will end the session with the introductory acupuncture treatment.
Your follow up treatments will begin with a 15-20 minute interview where we will check in with your progress by examining your pulse, tongue, and going through a series of questions. The entire visit will last approximately 50 minutes to 1.5 hours and might include acupuncture, moxibustion, guasha, cupping, or heat therapy, depending on your individual needs.

What to Expect After Your Treatment?
Since everyone is unique, the effect of acupuncture will vary. Some people feel energized, while others feel relaxed or even tired. Your relief from the symptoms may be immediate, partial, or delayed for a few days. Most people feel some relief from their symptoms right away; however, certain conditions may take several visits before you feel an effect.
You will get the best results from your treatment if you:
