Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide excellent care to each patient in a timely manner. "No-show" and late cancellations put stress on the practice and limit our ability to accommodate those individuals who are in need of therapy in a timely manner. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients.
Cancellation of an Appointment
Definitions of terms
Ø A “no-show” is a client who misses an appointment without cancelling it or notifying us within the proper timeframe.
Ø A late cancellation is when you fail to give us at least 36-hour notice of your appointment rescheduling or cancellation.
No-Show or Late Cancellation Policy
1. First no-show/late cancellation.: As a courtesy, first-time late cancellation or no-show is free of charge. You can reach out to reschedule another visit when you feel ready.

- Patients are responsible for remembering their scheduled appointments.
- If you cannot keep your appointment, we ask that you call or text us at least 36 hours in advance, so we could accommodate another patient or re-balance our schedule.

No-Show or Late Cancellation Policy

- Second no-show/late cancellation. It will result in a $50 deposit paid at the time of scheduling your next appointment. This deposit can be applied toward the payment for that visit only. It will not be re-paid or used towards any other future services.
- Third no-show/late cancellation. The patient will be charged $30 for every missed appointment. In addition, he/she will have to pre-pay every future visit in full. The deposit will not be re-paid or used towards any other future services.
