Payment by a credit card, check, or cash is expected at the time of treatment.

Cancellations

We ask for at least 36 hours' notice by phone or text if you need to reschedule or cancel. This helps us offer that time slot to another patient who needs care.

Definitions

• A no-show is a missed appointment without any notice.
• A late cancellation is canceling or rescheduling with less than 36 hours' notice.

Policy

​No charge — a courtesy for first-time occurrences. Simply reach out to reschedule whenever you're ready.

​A $50 deposit is required when scheduling your next appointment. This deposit applies only toward that visit and is non-refundable/non-transferable.

A $50 charge applies for each missed appointment, and full prepayment will be required for all future visits.
